What is stored on your browser
One cookie, named ylws_age_ok, with the value 1. It is set when you confirm you are 21 or over, and its one use is to stop the dialog appearing again on this browser. The cookie is first-party, lasts one year, and carries no identifier for you or your browser.
How the age check is remembered
Until you answer, the page you asked for is printed behind a dialog asking you to confirm you are 21 or over. The page behind it cannot be clicked or tabbed into. Confirming sets the cookie, and pages you open afterwards carry no dialog.
Delete the cookie, or open the site in another browser, and you are asked again. This page and the terms sit outside the dialog, because it asks you to read them both. Read the terms.
What the site does not collect
The site takes no form submissions and operates no email list. It sells nothing and takes no payment. Your information is not sold, rented or shared, because none of it is collected.
What analytics will record
No analytics runs on this site today, so no page view or outbound click is measured. Analytics will be added before the site goes live. It will record which pages are opened and which links off the site are followed, not who opened them.

The maps on store pages
A page with a map loads its tiles from OpenFreeMap, which is not this site, so it sees your browser's request and IP address. Nothing about your search goes with it, and no map loads until you scroll it into view. The search never leaves this site: a ZIP or city you type is matched against our own records.
Advertising and affiliate links
No advertising and no affiliate link runs on this site today, so no other company sets a cookie here. Both are planned, and how the site earns money is set out on the disclosures page.
The host and its server logs
The hosting provider that will serve this site is not chosen yet. A host keeps its own server logs, and nothing is stated here about what those logs hold or how long they are kept.
Who operates this site
Your Local Weed Store LLC will operate this site. The company does not exist yet and will be formed before the site launches.

Write to hello@yourlocalweedstore.com. That address is the only way to make contact: there is no form, no telephone number and no postal address. There is nothing about you to send you or to delete, because nothing is collected.
