What this site is
Your Local Weed Store is a reference to cannabis law, state by state, and a directory of retailers a state has licensed. Every statement of law on it carries a citation to the statute, regulation or regulator behind it. A retailer is listed only where a state issued a license or permit.
This is not legal advice
The site describes what a law says and cites where that law is written down. It does not tell you what you may do in your own situation, and nobody here is acting as your lawyer. Ask a lawyer before you rely on anything you read.
The site sells nothing
Your Local Weed Store sells no cannabis and no product of any kind, and it takes no payment. A retailer listed here is a separate business, and anything you buy is between you and that retailer.
What the reviewed date means
A page that states the law carries a last reviewed date, which is the date a person last checked that page's facts against its sources. Cannabis law changes constantly, so it is not a promise that the law is the same today.
A retailer listing carries a different date: the day its record was last checked against the state's own license list.
Check the source before you act
Facts on this site come from statutes, regulations and state license lists, and any of those can change or be read wrong. Follow the citation and read the source before you act on what a page says. Write to hello@yourlocalweedstore.com if you find a mistake.
How the site earns money
Advertising, affiliate referrals, and featured placement a licensed store can buy will pay for this site, and none of the three is running today. Paying changes neither whether a store is listed nor anything stated about it. Read the disclosures.

Your Local Weed Store LLC will operate this site. The company does not exist yet and will be formed before the site launches.
